Acceptance
By using 1kreach.com, creating an order, or receiving engagement delivered by 1kreach, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not place an order. These terms may be updated from time to time; material changes will be noted at the top of this page and will not apply retroactively to in-flight orders.

Services
1kreach provides social media engagement services delivered to publicly accessible content at the URLs you supply. We operate across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Facebook, StockTwits, and LinkedIn. You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit is lawful, is not subject to third-party restrictions preventing promotion, and is owned or authorized for promotion by you.

Account & information
We do not require you to create an account. At checkout we collect only an email address and a public URL for each service. We never request passwords, two-factor codes, session cookies, or OAuth tokens, and we will refuse any attempt to provide them. Public URLs only.

Delivery
Orders begin processing after payment confirmation. Delivery estimates printed on package cards are targets based on historical performance and are not legally binding guarantees. We pace deliveries over a window designed to read as organic to each platform's ranker; we will not rush that window on request.

Refills
Every order includes a 30-day refill guarantee, beginning when delivery completes. If counts drop within 30 days for any reason we will restock the affected quantity at no cost. Email info@1kreach.com with your order UID to trigger a refill; no additional documentation is required.

Refunds
Orders that we are unable to fulfill are refunded in full to the original payment method. Partially-delivered orders are resolved at your election via prorated refund or a refill of the undelivered portion. Refunds on crypto payments are sent to the wallet address of origin when possible, or by another method agreed between parties.

Prohibited content
We will not service content that promotes violence or self-harm, contains sexual material involving minors, engages in targeted harassment, violates intellectual-property rights, or breaches the platform's own terms of service. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion; refused orders are refunded in full.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1kreach is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost revenue, lost data, or platform-side account actions — arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the order that gives rise to the claim.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify 1kreach for any third-party claim arising from content you submit, including claims that the content infringes intellectual-property rights or violates applicable law. We will cooperate with authorities where required by law, and will notify you of any claim that involves content you submitted, to the extent legally permitted.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1kreach is operated. Disputes will be resolved first through good-faith negotiation via info@1kreach.com, and, failing that, in the courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory consumer right you may have in your own jurisdiction.
